At Fundly, we understand that change can be difficult, especially when it comes to new software. To help new and existing clients get the most out of important Fundly CRM features, we provide a variety of training and support options.
Initial Training Options
When you sign up with Fundly CRM you’ll be provided with training resources such as pre-recorded videos and a group training session to help you get up and running at the speed that fits your organization best. Further, we provide a number of free one-on-one sessions (based on subscription level) with our training staff to help tie everything you’ve learned together and help you fit the system to your organizations specific needs.
Training doesn’t stop there. To help support the ongoing needs of your staff and to keep you up-to-date on the latest features, we provide bi-weekly, free webinars to all current clients. These webinars can be located on our Webinar Calendar and can be attended as often as needed or desired.
Written and Video Tutorials
For those that enjoy learning at their own pace, we provide a plethora of written and video tutorials on all aspects of the system. You can access these tutorials via the Fundly Support Center whenever it is convenient for you. Also on our support center is an archive of past webinar sessions that we have recorded for your convenience.
Email and Phone Support
For those times when you need help from a member of our Custom Experience Team, you can always email questions and issues via firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will respond to your ticket as quickly as possible. Further, if your organization has signed up for phone support, you may call us between 7am and 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
Lastly, we also provide online and onsite training options to existing clients. So even if you are out of free trainings, we are still here to help you. Just call or email us for more information and to schedule an appointment.
